I have not received my order, what should I do?

If you have chosen to have your order dispatched via standard UK delivery, please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If it is already after 10 working days, we recommend that you first contact your local sorting office to check if they are holding it for you. If they do not have your parcel, please call us on +44 (0) 2032 892066 and we will be happy to investigate this for you. If you have chosen to have your order dispatched via special or recorded signed-for delivery, including our International signed-for service, please call us on +44 (0) 2032 892066  and we will be happy to investigate this for you. 

Can I track my order?

We dispatch Proof of Delivery/Tracked UK orders using Royal Mail, DHL or USP  delivery - a service that currently  can be tracked . After your purchase, you will receive an information with the track number. 

Can I track my order?

We offer FREE UK delivery with Royal Mail Small Parcel - second class tracked, quoted by Royal Mail as 2–3 working day delivery, including Saturdays.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver around the world to 80+ countries. Shipping is also free for all orders over £65.

Can I request for my order to be left somewhere if I am out when it is delivered?

Yes, we are happy to include an instruction requesting that your parcel is left in a secure place such as a shed, a secure porch or with a neighbour. We are unable to include instructions that request that the parcel is left somewhere which is not secure, such as in the garden or in a bin. If you wish to request that your parcel is left in a secure place, simply tick the box 'I have delivery instructions that I wish to make' on the Postage Options page. Deliveries which are sent using a service that requires a signature, such as Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery cannot be left without a signature.

What means of payment do you accept online?

You can pay securely for your order by using our trusted payment merchant, Paypal.

How do I cancel my order?

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. You can also cancel your order at any time prior to the order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received.
